A Brief Introduction to the Historic Alpha Building

The historic Alpha Building is a mixed use building in Downtown Grass Valley, California.  There is one restaurant space, 17 office/retail suites, and several warehouse units.  The building features beautiful 1860-era rock walls, a brick arch, and a Conference Room which can be used by all tenants.  A small parking lot for the customers of Alpha Building tenants is located in the rear, off Richardson Street.

In January, 2026 the building was purchased by Historic Alpha Building, LLC with the intent to preserve the building’s unique character.
